Excellent location, close to ski trails and town. Fabulous spa facilities, including outdoor heated pool. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially accommodating for families with newborns. Recommend for couples and families.

Located in the centre and close to skiing, this hotel offers excellent facilities and delicious breakfast and dinner. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the indoor pool provided a relaxing escape. the spacious room and bathroom offered ample amenities, including a large garage for our car.

The hotel offers a large garage which is very convenient and the staff was kind. the spa facilities are fabulous, especially the outdoor heated pool. the location was right in town and close to cross-country ski trails.
The room price is high for what is offered. the rooms looked newly renovated and beautiful, but the beds are as hard as boards, making the stay uncomfortable.

The hotel had excellent hotel facilities, including a cool swimming pool with massage jets, and a perfect central location for exploring the city by foot. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenience of the underground parking for an extra cost.

I had an amazing time staying at this 4-star hotel in Reit im Winkl. The location was perfect for skiing, as it was right in the center of town. The hotel had excellent facilities and friendly staff that were always ready to assist guests. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and had a decent variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent quality amenities and the location was convenient.
The check-in process was painfully slow, and guests who only spoke English may have had challenges communicating with the German-speaking staff. The breakfast options were somewhat average for a 4-star hotel, and some guests reported confusion finding the different areas of the hotel with a lack of signage. It was also confusing for some guests to find adequate parking with very few available spots, and limited garage parking being offered at an additional cost.
